RENTAL POLICY
Rental Duration
* Rental outfits are provided for a period of 4–5 days from the delivery/pickup date.
* Late returns may attract additional rental charges.
Security Deposit
* A refundable security deposit is mandatory for all rental orders.
* The security amount will be refunded after the outfit is returned and passes quality inspection.
Delhi Deliveries
Rental outfits within Delhi can be delivered and collected through Porter or self-pickup from our location.
Outside Delhi
* Rental outfits outside Delhi will be shipped through courier services.
* Customers are responsible for returning the outfit within the agreed rental period.
Outfit Care
* Rental garments must be returned in the same condition as received.
* Significant damage, stains, alterations, or missing accessories may result in partial or complete deduction from the security deposit.
Refund of Security Deposit
Security deposits are generally refunded within 3–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned outfit.
Advance Booking Policy
* We strongly recommend booking rental outfits well in advance to ensure availability for your preferred dates.
* All rentals are subject to outfit availability at the time of booking.
* A booking will be confirmed only after the rental amount and security deposit (if applicable) are received.

* Once a rental booking is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or date changes will be permitted.
* Customers are requested to carefully verify event dates, measurements, and outfit selection before confirming their booking.
* Nick design studio reserves the outfit exclusively for the booked period; therefore, modifications to confirmed bookings cannot be accommodated.
Important Note
* Due to the limited availability and exclusive nature of rental outfits, all rental bookings are final.
* No return requests for alternative styles, sizes, or designs will be accepted after booking confirmation.
