A project will commence only after the agreed advance payment has been received.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.
- Payments must be made through approved payment methods available on our website or as communicated by our team.
- Advance payments are required before the project begins.
- Full payment must be completed before final files or website credentials are handed over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information and project requirements.
- Supply logos, text, images, and other content required for the project.
- Review and approve designs within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure that all submitted content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or applicable laws.
Nick Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed approvals.
5. Revisions
Revision requests will be provided according to the package or proposal agreed upon before the project starts.
Additional revisions or changes outside the approved project scope may incur additional charges.
6. Project Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are based on the agreed project scope and may vary depending on:

Delivery dates are estimates and may change if project requirements are modified.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- The client receives ownership rights to the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise agreed.
- Nick Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement exists.
Source files, editable files, fonts, stock assets, or licensed resources will only be provided if included in the agreed package.
